This office-focused short-term or single-supply assessment helps evaluate risks for on-hired or temporary staff. It covers general site information, supervision and training, first aid resources and registers, emergency preparedness and evacuation plans, fire equipment access and tagging, amenities, and secure storage. The checklist also assesses electrical safety, workstation ergonomics, lighting and temperature, trip hazards and cable management, and manual handling controls, including access equipment for high shelving. It concludes with space to record identified risks, recommendations, and sign-off by the client representative and assessor.
