This Innoworks Safety Inspection template supports end to end workplace site visits. It includes client pre visit details, employee counts, workers compensation codes, NAICS and operating states, plus confirmation questions. On site checks cover IIPP and Emergency Action Plans, safety committee and meeting cadence, SDS binder, OSHA citations, return to work, required postings, and incident reporting. Operational safety reviews span hazard identification, emergency procedures and drills, surveillance cameras, machine guarding and lockout tagout, injury reporting and first aid readiness, PPE availability and training, and comprehensive fire safety including extinguisher and sprinkler checks. Housekeeping, floors and walkways, and ergonomics and manual handling are also assessed, with space for consultant comments.
