Plantilla en español para elaborar un informe de intervención correctiva en diversos equipos. Incluye campos para folio, cliente, fecha de ejecución, técnicos en servicio, ubicación y código de activo. Permite detallar la información del equipo (tipo, marca, modelo y número de serie) y registrar la lista de servicios realizados: inspección inicial, inspecciones visuales, con instrumentos de medición y de elementos mecánicos o móviles, así como sistemas hidráulicos o de refrigeración. Facilita el diagnóstico de fallas o alarmas, observaciones generales, recomendaciones y mejoras. Contempla la entrega de reporte de servicio y firma del técnico.
