Informe de Intervención Correctiva para Equipos

Plantilla en español para elaborar un informe de intervención correctiva en diversos equipos. Incluye campos para folio, cliente, fecha de ejecución, técnicos en servicio, ubicación y código de activo. Permite detallar la información del equipo (tipo, marca, modelo y número de serie) y registrar la lista de servicios realizados: inspección inicial, inspecciones visuales, con instrumentos de medición y de elementos mecánicos o móviles, así como sistemas hidráulicos o de refrigeración. Facilita el diagnóstico de fallas o alarmas, observaciones generales, recomendaciones y mejoras. Contempla la entrega de reporte de servicio y firma del técnico. Ideal para empresas de servicios y mantenimiento que requieren trazabilidad y estandarización de registros.
