Barber Daily Checklist - Early Shift (Saigon)
by Hong Cong Le, from the Community
Use this early shift barber daily checklist to open the shop smoothly. Tasks include switching on light rings behind the window station, preparing hot towels with essential oil, making 30 hot neck towels, taking used towels downstairs, collecting clean laundry and storing it in the pantry cabinet, folding washing, shaving, and hand towels, and refilling hand towels by the sink. Before leaving, confirm all appointments are complete, the dirty towel basket is half full, and new cold towels are ready. After checking the evening schedule, ensure at least 12 towels are in the fridge, ten white and two black.
