Tasman Power Vehicle Collision and Rollover CCFV Checklist
by Blake Conley, from the Community
This mining safety checklist helps verify critical controls to prevent vehicle collisions and rollovers during operations. Use it to confirm worker fitness, vehicle suitability and pre-operational checks, seatbelt use, operator competency, access permissions, journey management, communications, road conditions, LV/HV segregation, signage and demarcation, and downhill haulage practices. It prompts payload verification, speed management, and emergency actions for overload or brake failure. Adapted for mine sites and aligned with Rio Tinto CCFV guidance.
