RME Shift Start-Up Audit Checklist

This RME Shift Start-Up Audit is designed to be completed at the beginning of each shift by an SRMET or designated proxy. It guides teams through essential start-of-shift checks, including Forward Operating Base housekeeping, fire panel alarms and isolations, radio battery charging, and laptop availability. It covers MEWP readiness such as current thorough examination certificates, operator manuals, correct 5S storage, and availability of transformers and charging leads. The checklist also verifies compressor alarms, leaks or water, and area housekeeping to prevent hazards.
