Record target and actual production rates in bcm and tonnes, priority locations, cribbing and hot seat plans, and time-stamped SIC updates. Attach photos of dig floors, dumps, and other areas. Document blend plans, ROM loader and coal movements, and issues affecting performance. Track available operators, leave, and attendance, then complete safety checks covering bunds, berms, signage, roads, and field leadership. Include haul road inspections, mobile crib hut checks, and a light vehicle prestart audit. Finish with notes, follow-ups, and a supervisor signature to certify the inspection.
