This open cut examiner checklist supports upper and lower pit inspections across mine operations. It covers shovels and drills, haul roads and ramps, berm heights, segregation controls, dumps and stockpiles, blasting patterns and VCM controls, signage at entrances and exits, lighting, housekeeping, and safety equipment. Sections include fuel islands, lube bays, wash bays, cable and drill yards, guard shacks, offices, water tie lines, and tie-down areas to help ensure site safety and compliance.
