This teardown report checklist guides technicians through the disassembly and inspection of an impulse tool. Sections cover restrictor housing, rotor assembly, flex housing, stator housing, catch housing, enhancer housing and nut, seals, floating piston, spring housing and pack, washpipe, hex housing, and hex mandrel. Record visual findings, note issues for each component, document seal condition, and add additional comments.
