Use this checklist to perform preventative maintenance on fire suppression systems for mobile plant and industrial equipment. Record job and asset details, review ICM history, and inspect cylinders, cartridges, actuators, gauges, detection wiring (LOP tube, firewire, heat sensors), hosing, nozzles, and labels. Verify AS 5062 tags, note defects with photos, confirm corrective actions, and tag equipment out of service if required. Schedule next service and capture recommendations before sign-off.
