Use this facilities inspection form to assess timberland and remote worksite facilities for compliance and safety. The checklist covers general conditions, emergency preparedness, signage and documentation, site access controls, potable water and sewage systems, and evidence of contamination. Specialized sections address fuel and lubricant storage, propane systems, electrical and fire protection, spill kits, and transfer equipment. Hazardous waste handling includes collection containers, bilge water, waste oil, filters, rags, contaminated soils, aerosol cans, and scrap metal. Additional areas include household waste, incinerator use, recycling, and bundle wire recovery. Dryland sort and booms focus on surface water management, runoff capture, settling ponds, and road surface condition. Living quarters are evaluated for health regulations, ventilation, fixtures, and vermin control. Recordkeeping and periodic testing are also included.
