Explosives License and Location Inspection

This checklist supports explosives license and location inspections in line with AFMAN 91-201. It guides units to confirm licenses are posted and coordinated with MASO, Security Forces, and Fire Protection; ensure hazard signage and symbols are in place; verify fire extinguishers and emergency notification procedures; secure and segregate stored munitions; provide dunnage as required; review AF Form 2047 annually; maintain housekeeping; observe parking standoff distances; and maintain approved local instructions. It also covers handling and grounding requirements for electro-explosive devices and includes signature routing for supervisors and commanders.
