Grader Operations Proficiency Coaching V2

This in-field proficiency coaching template supports grader operators working within autonomous haulage operations. It provides a 1–5 scoring system to assess capability across key activities, including AHT interactions at intersections, recognition and prioritization of passable zones, understanding of in-lane and out-of-lane rules, and predictive path awareness. It covers best practices for creating and managing windrows or rills, coordinating locks and communications with AH Control, and avoiding obstructions in virtual lanes and AHT run tracks. The checklist also guides haul road maintenance tactics such as gear selection, use of rippers to repair rutting and delamination, reclaiming gravel and fines, and managing dynamic areas on dig and dump floors. Space is included for observations and CMW feedback.
