DNAP SRS and Explosives Weekly Security Checklist
by Grant Kretschmer, from the Community
This weekly security checklist supports Security Risk Substances and explosives storage sites in Western Australia to meet regulatory obligations. It guides a physical inspection covering perimeter fencing, gates, locks and seals, access control, and signs of unlawful entry. Items include checks on magazines, ammonium nitrate containers, tanks, sheds, MPUs and shotfirer vehicles, waste receptacles, and office controls such as password protection and stock records. It promotes vigilance for suspicious activity, proper key management, removal of vehicle keys, and record keeping including NL3 batch records. Use it to raise actions, prevent theft or tampering, and maintain safe, compliant operations.
