Deposit B is a site safety inspection checklist designed for mine operations. It guides inspectors through PB01 to PB11 areas to verify road and ground conditions, remove obstructions, check fire extinguishers, and ensure ladders, platforms, and handrails are in safe order. It covers equipment condition, vegetation control, locked electrical cabinets, bore pump cable ladders and earthing, cable socks, generator test and tag, and clear safety signage. It also includes inspections for Turkeys Nests and the discharge berm to identify erosion or blockages that could create hazards in flood events.
