Use this quarry manager daily inspection checklist to verify safe vehicle parking and seatbelt use, beacon lights, safe swing zones, loading practices, marked tipheads and adequate windrows. Confirm drill and blast areas are demarcated, assess if blasting and high risk tasks are planned, and review batter, pit wall, slope and dump stability.
