This VF368 roof inspection checklist supports bus manufacturing quality checks. It covers roof frame configuration for RB and SB widths across cantrails, roof frame assembly and nutserts, roof sheeting and sealing, and final roof sealing quality. It includes verification of the air conditioning pod mounting and sealing, roof hatches (rivets, seals, bolts), the roof intake cover, and correct aerial placement. For high-roof builds, it checks insulation, foam, electrical rails, and security camera holes in the cantrail. Optional items include the battery bracket and eyelets per sales specification.
