This Combi FLT forklift inspection checklist helps operators complete daily pre-use checks and yearly service reviews. Verify tyres and wheel nuts, horn and lights, reverse alarm, foot and parking brakes, steering, lift, tilt and side shift functions, attachments, instruments and displays, forks and latch pins, fork end stops, load backrest, overhead guard, and seat belt condition. Capture comments, note defects, and escalate issues to management immediately.
