Terex Crane Field Service Risk Assessment (NA)
by Josh Barnett, from the Community
This Terex field service risk assessment for cranes guides technicians through evaluating the job environment and tasks using an energy wheel. It helps identify hazardous energies—including pressure, electrical, radiation, chemical and biological, physical and mental, gravity, motion, and temperature—and prompts selection of appropriate controls such as remove, reduce, redirect, absorb, distance, shield, or change rate. Users document hazards, verify that controls are suitable, capture photos where possible, and confirm proper system function after removing controls. The template also defines conditions that trigger a job pause and includes a completion statement for accountability.
