Dispatch Department Area Audit Checklist

Use this team leader audit to assess health and safety in dispatch areas. Inspect pallet storage and load securement, wrapping or banding, spills, housekeeping, fire exits and extinguishers. Verify staff PPE availability and sign-off, training, safe systems of work, rotation, and manual handling. Check equipment status, operator training, pre-use checkbooks, battery chargers, and mobile storage units, including proper MSU loading. Assign actions and track compliance.
