Items include packaging verification, visual inspection of painting, labels and wiring, component checks against BOM and drawings, wiring crimping and tightness, SLD verification, busbar and earthing installation, interlocks and mechanical operations such as shutter, racking and door mechanisms. Perform electrical functionality tests, heater and control circuits, remote control and signaling, dielectric tests on main and auxiliary circuits, insulation resistance, ducter/drop voltage tests, relay and metering function.
