This manufacturing-focused security checklist guides operators through daily machine and facility checks across injection molding lines. It covers dryers, injection and conveyor machines for multiple stations, verifies abnormal noise, correct thermocontrol temperatures and hoses, and checks for water and air leaks. The template also reviews cleanliness, maintenance and mold storage areas, crane and sling condition, and forklift–pedestrian separation.
