Use this site safety snapshot to evaluate facility leadership, processes, and safety systems, and to verify regulatory compliance. Sections include Safety Committee effectiveness, behaviors, and work environment checks such as fire extinguisher inspections, LO/TO instructions, crane inspection records, and JTA availability. Capture housekeeping issues, Rinker policy items like air hose check valves and employee/visitor inductions, and Critical Safety Rule concerns. Record environmental issues (e.g., secondary containment, oil spills), confirm the last five years of OSHA logs are on hand, and document best practices to share across sites.
