This refrigeration commissioning form helps technicians document and verify system startup and compliance. Record site, job, date, asset, and engineer details, then complete condenser unit checks, compressor electrical settings and running amps, phase and voltage tests, oil level and return, fan operation, and safety controls. Validate evaporator fans, defrost circuits, MCBs, contactors, and heater supply phases with measured amps and totals. Confirm correct drain installation and heater tape. Inspect pipework strength, leak, and vacuum tests; ensure lagging and secure routing. Specify refrigerant type, charge status, sightglass condition, and superheat limits, and confirm F-Gas labeling. Add notes and attach photos for a complete commissioning record.
