QuickDesign User Requirement Specification Form
by Darren Powell, from the Community
This QuickDesign User Requirement Specification (URS) form helps manufacturers capture all requirements before pricing or design begins. It covers current production lines and printing processes, label and message content (fonts, dates, barcodes, serials, logos), product databases and keys, and operator procedures. It guides selection of QuickDesign options (Unite, Production Plus, Standard, Datalink, Lite), lists compatible Domino printers, and outlines network and PC prerequisites. The form concludes with a sign-off section to confirm requirements for accurate quoting and project planning.
