Project Atlas: CQV Equipment Observation Checklist
by Ismael Camacho, from the Community
Project Atlas is a CQV checklist designed for manufacturing operations. Use it to log equipment observations across building, utilities, receiving, and dry batching areas, as well as colors and flavors lines. Capture startup times, shutdown processes, top challenges, work-arounds, commonly replaced parts, and process delays. Includes space for up to ten equipment observations per section and media attachments to document issues and actions. Standardize data collection for CQV Sub-Team 1 and streamline commissioning and validation.
