Manufacturing Product Change Over Checklist

Use this product change over checklist to guide a thorough clean down when switching materials between runs. Inspect and clean the raw material main hopper, top and bottom feed hoppers, main expander, fluidizing bed and fan, ducting, and transfer gate. Remove residue, hoover and blow down surfaces, check feeds are clear, and capture photos at each stage. Finish with a general tidy around the expander and boiler so the line can restart quickly and safely with minimal downtime.
