Include sezioni per la segnalazione, le generalita del lavoratore, la descrizione dei fatti, il luogo, data e ora, le comunicazioni obbligatorie a INAIL, la gestione del certificato, il trattamento sanitario e i riferimenti interni. Supporta l'investigazione delle cause con domande su attrezzature, manutenzione, DPI, superficie e dinamica dell'evento, movimentazione carichi, carrelli elevatori e piattaforme.
