Mẫu kiểm tra OPEX P6 dùng để đánh giá mức độ trưởng thành của năng lực giải quyết vấn đề tại nhà máy. Nội dung bao gồm: kênh báo cáo khi có sự cố, hành động tức thời để bảo vệ khách hàng, đào tạo quản lý về mô tả vấn đề, phương pháp và tần suất thực hành giải quyết vấn đề, bằng chứng phân tích nguyên nhân gốc (RCA), cập nhật hoặc tạo chuẩn mới sau khắc phục, phạm vi tham gia của các bộ phận (QA, IE…), khả năng chuẩn hóa và nhân rộng giải pháp, cũng như đơn giản hóa công cụ để thân thiện với người dùng.
