Complete this Non SQF forklift pre start checklist before each shift to confirm the machine is safe to use. Verify tires and rims, controls, lights and alarms, steering, brakes, and hydraulics. Record the forklift ID, sign off, and note whether the equipment is safe to operate. If damage is found, do not use the forklift and report issues to the manager.
