This monthly operations monitoring checklist helps manufacturers assess internal areas such as fabrication, paint shop, assembly and press rooms. It guides supervisors through verification of equipment inspections, lifting gear checks, emergency stop testing, machine guarding, and maintenance needs. Inspectors evaluate housekeeping, walkways and access, trip hazards, PPE and RPE usage and records, welfare facilities, storage of flammables and hazardous substances, space for safe movement, lighting and temperature, and readiness of fire-fighting equipment. The checklist also covers fire exits, building and equipment condition, spray booth filter cleanliness, weekly booth clean-down, and monthly RPE checks. Findings are documented with corrective actions including training, SSoW reinforcement, repairs, and escalation.
