This factory trim walkabout checklist guides department managers through daily sessions to verify area standards on the production floor. Review fire safety, PPE use, knife control, basket condition, cutting guidelines, drain sieves, leaks, raw material quality, housekeeping, trailing cables and hoses, equipment noises, air leaks, mixing proportions, and end-of-shift shutdown.
