Weitere Prüfpunkte betreffen Berührungsschutz, Motorschutz und Drehfeldüberwachung, eindeutige Beschriftungen, umfassende Erdung und Potentialausgleich, Not-Halt, Sicherheitstürschalter und Sicherheitsrelais, Benutzerrechte am HMI sowie mechanische Schutzabdeckungen. Ergänzt werden Qualitätsanforderungen an Schweißnähte, Lebensmittelkontakt von Kunststoffen und Transportkennzeichnung.
