SQF Explosive Risk Assessment ERA
This SQF Explosive Risk Assessment template helps facilities handling small quantities of explosive ordnance evaluate risk. It guides users to identify hazard divisions, list potential initiation mechanisms, and capture site details for potential explosion sites and exposed sites. The template includes methods to calculate blast overpressure, assess primary and secondary fragments, and estimate thermal radiation for applicable hazard divisions.
