Use this paint line system review checklist to assess and improve powder coating operations from end to end. Capture company details and system goals, then review pretreatment steps, substrate type, stages, dry off oven time and temperature, chemical supplier, and quality assurance. Evaluate application with booth and equipment vendor, reclaim settings, number of guns, gun and pump condition, hose and booth condition, touch up, environmental room, powder storage, line speed, conveyor, carriers and hooks, and first pass transfer efficiency.
