Conveyor Calibration Checklist (IPM 4 Genuine)
by Jester Zsck, from the Community
This IPM 4 conveyor calibration checklist helps technicians and operators assess the condition and performance of an industrial conveyor. Review belt condition, splices, wear, surface temperature, and speed. Inspect structures, rails, supports, and spillage at the front, mid, and tail sections. Evaluate head, bend, and middle components including pulleys, belt tracking, idlers, skirting, and material build-up. Record noise levels, bearing vibration, and temperatures for the head, motor, and gearbox, along with electrical input consumption. Use this structured procedure to improve uptime, safety, and maintenance planning.
