This competency test helps evaluate an operator’s proficiency in automated sewing within an apparel or textile manufacturing environment. It verifies adherence to work instructions and quality policy, correct selection and use of cassettes or fixtures, proper loading and handling procedures, bobbin and thread replacement, correct thread selection, and handling of finished goods. The assessment is intended to support training, standardize expectations, and improve safety and product quality through documented sign-off.
