Conduct a comprehensive HSE workshop inspection with a checklist that covers working at height and ladder safety, crane beds and vehicle pits, mobile work platforms, lifting gear and certification, forklift pre use checks, traffic management and pedestrian segregation, asbestos control, COSHH and SDS availability, PPE use and condition, portable electrical equipment and PAT, signage, weekly fire inspections and clear escape routes, storage of flammables and gas cylinders, welfare facilities, documentation of plant and hired equipment, permits, method statements and risk assessments, controls for noise, vibration, dust and fumes, supervision and toolbox talks, housekeeping, safe material storage and cable routing, manual handling and mechanical aids, waste segregation, spill kits, and environmental risk assessment. Includes sign off and corrective action close out.
