Final Inspection Checklist for Manufacturing

Use this final inspection checklist to complete quality assurance on truck and van bodies before delivery. Sections cover cab, front wall, body sides, interior, underbody, rear, and lighting for platform, cutaway, dump, freight, and reefer builds. Verify serial tags, VIN, decals, weld quality, hardware torque, seals, ramp and liftgate operation, license plate placement, electrical routing, and safety decals. Record defects, photos, and measurements such as angle of deflection, and capture signatures on completion. Ensure consistency, compliance, and an audit-ready handover.
