This Airbus Final Assembly Line Gemba Walk checklist helps supervisors review FAL footprints across stations ST 48, ST 42 front and back, ST 41 back, ST 40 left and right, ST 35 left and right, and ST 25 left and right. Verify MDU locations match the correct MSN and station, consolidate MDUs to save space, count empty units to pick, and confirm alignment and housekeeping.
