This forklift equipment inspection template helps verify safe operating condition before use. Record truck details (type, unit, hours, power source, make, model, serial, capacity, attachments) and complete visual checks for battery or propane, engine compartment, overhead guard, fire extinguisher, tires, carriage, mast rollers, forks and pins, hydraulics, fluids, and counterweight.
