by Rehan Shaffi, from the Community
This EASA Accreditation Audit Checklist aligns with AR100-2015 to evaluate service centers that repair three-phase squirrel-cage motors. It covers audit planning, scope, and scoring, then assesses housekeeping, technician training, and internal audits. Technical sections verify identification and condition, terminals, cooling systems, shafts, bearings, lubrication, frames, rotors, and balancing. It includes accessories testing, winding removal and core integrity, rewind specifications, winding build quality, impregnation, insulation and coil testing, high-potential tests, bearing insulation, no-load performance, finishing, handling, and comprehensive calibration. Annex A lists required electrical, mechanical, and physical equipment and verification requirements.
