Costco BRC Visual Inspection Checklist

Use this Costco BRC visual inspection checklist to run two hourly checks on the production line. Pull 20 cups, 10 from the west and 10 from the east lip rollers. Inspect against CO-OP-1-305 Costco BRC Quality Guidelines. Photograph lip roll stacks and the inside of selected cups to verify color quality. Identify rim defects such as dents, cracks, missing or short lip roll, thin spots, holes, chevron, pink, or telescoping. Note cavity numbers for any defects, and document any line changes since the last check, including where, who, and why. This checklist supports consistent quality control and BRC compliance.
