Táto šablóna slúži na týždenný audit BOZP a 5S na pracovisku v Prešove. Zahŕňa kontrolu osobných ochranných pracovných prostriedkov (OOPP), dostupnosti a zrozumiteľnosti bezpečnostných pokynov, voľnosti únikových ciest, funkčnosti lekárničiek a hasiacich prístrojov a triedenia odpadu. Časti 5S pokrývajú Vytriedenie, Usporiadanie, Čistotu, Štandard a Udržiavanie vrátane označovania materiálu, vizuálneho manažmentu a disciplíny. Pomáha udržiavať poriadok, zvyšovať bezpečnosť a overovať plnenie opatrení z predchádzajúcich auditov.
