Use this daily safety walkthrough checklist to assess key safety controls across manufacturing plants. Review fire pumps and extinguishers, hydrants and sprinklers, alarm and PA systems, PPE compliance, chemical labeling and containment, spill kits, waste segregation and STP logs, machine guarding and interlocks, electrical panel labeling and RCCB protection, forklift operations and warehouse racking, battery charging areas, and occupational health center readiness including AED and first aid. Ensure inspections are recorded, access is clear, and equipment is labeled, maintained, and locked out where required.
