Internal Audit for Goods Inwards and Stock Management

This internal audit checklist helps manufacturers assess goods inwards and stock management processes. It covers visibility of incoming items and purchase orders, receiving and booking in of raw materials and bought in parts, incoming inspection, identification and storage, documentation control, handling of rejects and supplier performance, and booking returns. It also reviews work in progress allocation and traceability from raw material batches to finished goods. The checklist maps to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements for purchasing, verification, identification, traceability, preservation, and release.
