Programming Deployment Readiness Checklist

This checklist helps AV and IT teams confirm deployment readiness before go-live. It covers installation of Immedia and owner-furnished equipment, power-up checks, and verification of physical connections. Teams confirm device network links, test end-to-end audio and video signal flow, and manually route inputs to all outputs across video distribution. Steps include iPad configuration with required accounts and apps (such as Crestron and Zoom Rooms), amplifier gain and mode settings, wireless microphone pairing and frequency assignment, and labeling of accessories. Final tasks ensure display alignment and settings, and verification of screen and lift power and relay control.
