This Wanderer Due Diligence checklist supports bar and mobile event teams in completing end-of-event closeout and food safety tasks. Record event location, date, and staff, then verify critical steps: remove display bottles and pricing, empty fridges, date-label and remove juices, fruit, and herbs, clear all stock from the vehicle, and empty and secure water tanks.
