This sign off checklist is designed for Stonegate and Craft Union pub sites to verify completion and performance of technology and operations before go live. It guides engineers through collecting site details and media, auditing tills and cash drawers, printers, loyalty scanners, PDQs and PEDs, KMS or kitchen printers, and EPOS power. It covers phones and call routing, WiFi and access points, back office servers, routers and switches, public printers, and music or AV systems. It also includes ID scanners, My Pub App testing, Red Care Alarm details, bodycam checks, functional transaction tests, and final issue logging with supplier references and photos.
