Use this supervisor checklist to conduct shoulder to shoulder visits in quick-service drive-in restaurants. Evaluate guest experience from order to delivery, including drive-thru or curb ordering, reply time, speed of service, suggestive selling, condiments, survey offers, and food temperature and quality. Inspect exterior presentation: marquee, landscaping, patio, glass, pressure washing, parking lot, and bathrooms. Review interior standards: uniforms, product holding unit usage, bread rotation, equipment functionality, temperature tags, organization, walls, ceilings, floors, and deep cleaning. Confirm administrative readiness: desk organization, paperwork, binders, logs, team communication boards, and follow-up. Capture photos, note wins and opportunities, and complete supervisor and manager sign-off.
